We turn scattered numbers into reporting your whole company trusts.

For mid-market organizations that have outgrown spreadsheets: a data warehouse, Power BI dashboards, and a partner who keeps analyzing after launch.

Sound familiar

The usual situation when someone calls us.

The report takes days

The monthly pack takes someone two days to assemble, and it's stale the moment it lands on the table.

Two systems, two answers

Two tools give two answers to the same question, so the meeting becomes a debate about whose number is right.

What, but never why

Everyone can see what happened last quarter. Nobody can tell you why it happened or what to do about it.

All three trace back to the same root: your data has no single home. That's the first thing we fix, and everything else follows from it.

Services & pricing

Three ways we work.

Most clients start with the Foundation Build and keep us on as a monthly partner afterward. Every engagement is fixed-price and agreed in writing before work begins.

After the build

Monthly Data Partnership

The platform stays healthy, and the analysis keeps coming.

  • Monitoring, uptime, and platform upkeep
  • A written monthly read: what moved and what drove it
  • Higher tiers add development hours for new dashboards
  • New questions answered without a new project

Strategic Builds

Ambitious one-off platforms no template fits.

  • Civic and economic data platforms
  • Multi-organization data products
  • Deep, specialized builds with their own architecture
  • Sized together before anything is signed

What lands on your screen

Reporting built for a daily habit, with analysis built for decisions.

  • Current before your coffee. Overnight refresh, every department, one screen.
  • Drill from what to why. Click any number and trace it to the drivers underneath.
  • A written monthly analysis. What moved, what drove it, and what's worth a closer look.

How a build runs

Four months, mapped out.

A Foundation Build runs on a schedule you can put on a calendar. Your time commitment: a few hours of workshops in month one, then a standing working session.

1
Month one

Workshops and wiring

We map your systems, sit with the people who own the numbers, and agree on KPI definitions in writing.

2
Month two

The warehouse goes up

Your data gets one home. Pipelines run, history loads, and numbers start reconciling against the definitions.

3
Month three

Dashboards, built together

Working sessions with the people who'll use them daily. They shape the screens, which is why they open them later.

4
Month four

Rollout and adoption

Training, documentation, and a leadership walkthrough. You go live with reporting people already know how to use.

Why founder-led

What working with the builder gets you.

Weekly working sessions

You're never waiting on a ticket queue. Questions get answered the week you ask them, by the person who wrote the code.

Plain English, everywhere

KPI definitions, documentation, and analysis written so anyone in the room can follow them. You never need to speak data.

Adoption designed in

The people measured by a dashboard help build it. That's the difference between a tool that gets used and one that gets ignored.

A note from the founder

Mid-market organizations keep getting the same bad deal: too big for spreadsheets, too small to staff a data team, and stuck choosing between an offshore ticket queue and a six-figure consultancy.

There's a better arrangement. One senior person who builds your platform, learns your business, and stays close enough to notice when something in the numbers deserves your attention. When you call, you reach the person doing the work. When the numbers move, you hear about it from someone who knows why.

If that sounds like what you've been looking for, book a call and let's find out.

A quick fit check

We'd rather both of us know early.

Book the call if

  • You're growing past your current reporting tools and the cracks are showing
  • You're big enough to need this and small enough to have no internal data team
  • You want a custom platform that evolves with the business
  • You're ready to put AI to work and to talk honestly about performance

×Save your thirty minutes if

  • You already have an in-house data team that should own this
  • You want an off-the-shelf, standard solution
  • Your departments prefer to keep control of their own information
  • You're happy with how reporting works today
Questions, answered

Common questions.

What does it cost?

Every Foundation Build is fixed-price, scoped to your systems, and agreed in writing before work begins, so there's no meter running. The Monthly Data Partnership is tiered to how much active development you want. You'll have exact numbers in writing after the discovery call.

How long until we see something?

You'll review KPI definitions in month one, watch numbers reconcile in month two, and shape dashboards in working sessions during month three. The full platform goes live in about four months.

What tools do you build on?

The Microsoft stack: a SQL-based warehouse or Microsoft Fabric underneath, Power BI on top. If your team already lives in Excel, Outlook, and Teams, this meets them where they are.

We already have Power BI reports. Do we still need this?

This is the most common starting point we see. The gap is usually underneath the reports: they pull from manual exports and hand-built tables, which is why they disagree with each other. We put a warehouse under them so every screen draws from the same reconciled numbers.

How much of our team's time will this take?

A few hours a week of workshops in month one, while we learn your systems and define KPIs. After that, a standing working session and quick answers to questions as they come up. We do the heavy lifting.

How do you handle security and sensitive data?

We work inside your environment with least-privilege access wherever possible, and we're comfortable in regulated settings, HIPAA included. Access, handling, and boundaries get documented in the proposal so your IT lead can review them before anything starts.

What happens after the build?

Most clients move into the Monthly Data Partnership. The platform stays monitored and healthy, and each month you get a written analysis of what moved and what drove it. Higher tiers add development hours for new dashboards as new questions come up.
